i buy different curry powders and mix them all inorder to get a good flavour

This is a mild curry powder - enjoy!
* 2 tablespoons ground cumin
* 2 tablespoons ground coriander
* 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
* 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
* 1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
* 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

easyer to buy it cuz you gotta have a curry plant and let it dry and pick the curry powderable parts off and grind them into fine powder
