I'm not a punjabi either....but I speak hindi and wht u said here is hindi...and it means my heart is lost without you..

I'm not a Punjabi. I know it loosely means "My heart is restless without you" OR "I am feeling not at ease without you".

my mom's punjabi so i understand punjabi. well this line means my heart is restless without you. it seeks you when you are not around. it longs for you!
