Some guys actually go for sense of humor and a good personality. If you want a guy who only wants to do you and never talk to you again, then you just need to act like a ****.
If you're asking because you want to find someone for a real relationship... you should only be yourself. If you're young, then you should just take things as they come and stop caring so much about relationships. It's great to have a boyfriend/girlfriend when you're young, it's like training for when you get older, and you may even develop a long lasting friendship out of it (I did).
The bottom line, is to just be yourself and make yourself available (talk to people, get out of the house, socialize) to increase the chances of meeting someone who appreciates you for who you are.
