Decent Guys are generally shy... Even more than girls at times.... Here you have to make them feel comfortable in your company.. You can start it by touching / patting his shoulder from behind... I mean start making small physical contacts... Share a joke with him (flirtious not vulgur...) You will soon realise that he will also open up a bit... Then it's upto you howmuch you want him to "OPENUP"

you should sort of 'encourage' him. you know, brush your hand against his when walking and making it look like an accident, just to get his attention. or maybe you could talk about it with him (he's your bf anywayz)

you 're not doing something right,work on it., or talk to him to see if he's ok with it. He might be afraid of a disease or something, wrap your hand in seran wrap just to be sure
