He's really not that dumb,it's just that he's so drunk all the time that when he is driving erratic on the road,he is just trying to avoid the pink elephants he thinks he sees,but I still wonder why he wants to reward the illegals that stole and used the social security numbers while the victims of those numbers are stuck with paying the back taxes and straightening out with the IRS

It was kind of sad reading about him arguing against windmills.
I mean, what a job opportunity: Go out on your front porch, and power the entire eastern seaboard by giving one of your speeches into one of those windmills! LOL
