Until this is investigated and a verdict reached yes. It is the rule of the sport that the mere implication is enough to suspend you from riding. Then, depending on the results of the USADA investigation and the appeal process he will either be banned for two years or his name will be cleared.

Landis shouldn't be banned, and he shouldn't be stripped of his Tour title. He has clearly been framed, because steroids aren't even a performance enhancing drug that cyclists like to use. Someone spiked his waterbottle or food, cause they knew he was the best, and they didn't want to see another American win.

YES, not only was he caught, he was caught on the world's biggest stage. If he's not expelled then cheating is allowable, if we have a warm fuzzy feeling about you, but if we don't personally like you, we throw the book at you. How is that right?

You can't tell me he is clean if he knew about this problem from the begining because clean folk would of mentioned it before!! I would really try and see the light, but honestly, he didn't say anything before... and so from my view he look's as though he is just worming his way out.... I mean the 1 stage he did, from bottom back to top, just like that? I think not...
