Do you want it wavy, curly, or straight? If you want it wavy, dry as normal and put it up. If you want it curly, put it up wet and add curling gel to it. If you want it straight, blowdry hair and then put it up. Use a strightening iron on the back in the ponytail for a straight look. Good luck!

brush brush brush. Use a bristle brush, it will give you a sleeker head. For the tail, once it's up, wet it and then either just dry it curled under (or whatever turns you on) or use a curling iron and/or straightening comb. Do not put your hair up wet! It will look like you greased your hair when it dries. Also, pulling on your hair like that and putting an elastic on it isnt' good for wet hair. It'll tear it up.

No, no, no, no.
Let is dry FIRST. NEVER put your hair up wet-you look really dumb when it dries because your ponytail will get thicker as it goes down. I have wavy hair-the messiest before the ponytail, the cuter it looks up. Let dry, tustle with your fingers, and throw it up!

use some gel (soft gel) to smooth hair on the scalp and make it straight, then pull it back before gel dries. nice result after a while.
