Download plug-in for winamp and convert it with winamp.
Otherwise download program "Advanced MP3 Converter"

In addition to downloading a conversion program this is another way. Using the WMA files burn music CD's. Now rip the music CD's to MP3 files. This is not very practical unless you only have a few files to convert.

easy way is if you have i-tunes player every wma files you play with it automatically they'll be converted into mp3 files. Download it here.
