George Bush vetoed federal funding for embryonic stem cell research because IT IS WRONG. Being in politics requires knowing the difference between right and wrong, and since 2/3 of congress obviously doesn't have this insight, Mr. Bush had to step forward. Ill admit, he's done things I don't approve of in the past, but every politician has. However,l Mr. Bush is truly on a mission for God, which is why he doesn't give a damn about his approval rating. (He doesn't have to worry about another election Anyways)

Now there ya go! This is what I mean by an incompetent leader. We have too many smart Alic's as it is . I am glad Christopher Reeves never heard this one , or his kind and good wife .They put so much into helping find cures for people and disease and injury. It is just a shame ! Lets hope the next President will change it .Maybe Stem cell research could have given us the answer to that missing link in Bush's brain !

Maybe some of you, do not know that there is a lot of research going on right now, for stem cell research. It is privately funded!! Do you really want the government taking more and more money out of your pocket? That was for government funding only!! Don't you think we pay enough taxes, now??

Throwing money at Stem cellular analyze is like throwing money at Solyndra. there has been no evidence what so ever that stems cells could make Michael J Fox supply up shaking or would have made Christopher Reed upward push up and stroll and after years and years of analyze and billions and billions of dollars wasted they nonetheless have no evidence or have been waiting to do something with stem cells.

nvr heard of that comment b4, but it is coming from the stupidest pres. in US history

although his veto of stem cell research may have been one of his only SMART decisions, embryos are living humans and using them for stem cell research is killing that life and we know Bush is pro life (which is the only reason he got into office)
