* use communications to call for help
* spelling out H E L P in huge letters in the beach sand or using rocks, logs etc
* using the smoke from a big fire
* putting rescue notes in a bottle
* let people know where you're going before traveling.
* build a canoe or raft and head out
* stretch-out any extra-colorful cloth you have

if there is more than one person build a city and live there like giligan

make a big "help" in stones or branches, light a huge fire, start building a canoe because you never know if anyone will ever find you, build a treehouse, build weapons to hunt. That's all I can think of.
