my stomach is coming out and i m getting fat deposited near my stomach.please help me in getting thin and loosing fat

I am working on that problem myself. Forget about getting thin, as such. Think of a healthy body allowing you to walk, run, swim... Slow and steady is what will work. Losing a kilo or less a week would be good.

Losing weight takes as long as it takes e.g. 6 months. Someone with severe overweight could take 3 years to lose weight AND KEEP IT OFF.

Measure your weight on a machine in a town or city if you can afford it. Keep using the same machine at the same time of day. Once a fortnight would be enough, or even once a month. Record the results.

Measure your waist and write it down.

Eat plenty of fibre. Eat brown bread.

I know exactly what you mean but do not despair so much ,just stick to a consisitent eating and exercise plan . This worked for me so here goes,

go to your local gym or YMCA and start exercising. do some research in your area about team sports and join one. don't forget to eat plenty of healthy foods, lean meats, whole grains, fruit and lots of veggies. Drink lots of water every day. Good luck!
