Well , ur question is not very clear , still I'll share with u what I know . First and foremost from wat u say , it sounds like u live in a place which believes in ghosts and things . I do believe in them , still there's a clear cut gap between reality and belief . So try 2 give up the 'witch craft doings ' theory and do the practical thing . Just admit ur dad in a hospital .
IF u can't or the situation is really supernatural , just WATCH , WAIT and PRAY.

This is total crap. Witch craft is nonsense. If your father truly has a problem, it may either be because he believes in witch craft or he has some real medical problem. Get him checked by a doctor and convince his that witch craft is looney.

You must go to a Witch Doctor in that case. There are a lot of those here in the Philippines except they are caused by the "beings" themselves. Usually there's a process involving candles, herbs, etc. Oh, and pray to God just in case. Prayer's also a good medicine you know...

Take him to a faith healer or a spiritualist. More often than not, it takes another witch to counter witchcraft and spells. BUT you have to be sure it is witch craft and you have to be careful when you look for another. They are sometimes called shamans and healers.
