If you're in Cairo you might be able to find a grocery store catering to the expatriate population that sells cat food.
I think the Metro market in the Zamalek neighborhood sells cat food. And, if memory serves, it's open 24 hours. You should be able to find a taxi driver who can get you there, though it might involve some stopping and asking for directions depending on whether he knows the neighborhood. There are a few other supermarket/grocery-type stores in Zamalek as well.
Also in Zamalek is Society for the Protection of Animal Rights in Egypt (SPARE). Here's a link to their website, which is in English, and includes their address and phone number:

They can certainly help you out.
You might consider calling or stopping by your embassy and asking them if they can help out with some tips on where to find cat food. Or a tourist agency, like American Express might actually be able to help out, they get strange requests all the time. If you're in a hotel with a concierge service, ask them for assistance as well.
If you're outside the Cairo area, I don't really know what to tell you, but you might take a look at the following sites for some idea about homemade kitten/cat food. Most of the raw ingredients are pretty standard stuff that you should be able to get at any suq in Egypt.

Incidentally, I assume you'll be going home in the somewhat near future and that you'll want to take your new pet with you. Check with your airline (if you're flying) ahead of time to be sure that you can take your cat with you and whether she can travel in the cabin with you (you'll probably need a carrier of some kind that can fit under the seat) or if you will have to check her as baggage or cargo (you'll need a hard-sided carrier or cage and need to supply food and water.) If you can fly with your cat and you have the option of having her in the cabin with you, that's the best choice.
The airline may require proof of vaccination or a health certificate and/or whatever country you call home may require such documents when you arrive and/or may require that your cat be quarantined for a period of time after arrival.
I would imagine that SPARE in Zamalek can help you get vaccinations and help you in arranging to transport your cat.

Try to use something smaller, such as a dropper. Let the kittens suckle on their own, never force it into their mouths. When we (or any mammal), swallows, our tracheas close so that we don't get food down our airway. If the kittens are not actively suckling, they may be getting food down their airway. This can cause infection and is commonly caused aspiration pneumonia. If you do see milk come out of their noses, you can use a bulb device (like a turkey baster, but smaller), to suck it out. You can purchase these at the supermarket or drug store, in the aisle with other newborn items. Keep an eye on their respiratory rate and effort. If they seem to be distressed (increased rate and effort), take them to the vet right away. If they seem comfortable, you should be alright. Never feed them if they are cold (<98.0 for newborns). The food will just still in their stomach. And I'm sure you know to express them often. Another tip: if the kittens develop diarrhea from the formula, dilute it more than the directions say to. Many of those formulas are too concentrated for neonates, and you may have to build up to full strenth formula. Good luck. Raising newborns is hard work but can be very rewarding. These kittens are lucky to have an owner like you.

There has GOT to be a pet store somewhere in that country. Veggies are fine if she will eat them but not as a steady diet, she needs MEAT. You may have to feed her from your plate if nothing else. Chicken, pork and beef of course and you can add some cooked rice. Lamb too. Fish is good, as long as its cooked, in fact all of the meat should be cooked, nothing raw. NO MILK. I don't know why you are there, but have someone from the states send you a "kitty care package".
Good luck and take care of that baby.

No cat food in Egypt, and cats were considered Gods there, don't make much sense. As soon as you can get a good quality dry food for kittens. And for gosh sakes, don't feed kitty milk or people food, their digestive tracts can't handle it. You can check with a vet,...Milk is not good for cats, please stop giving him/her milk...and tomatoes, good Lord.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Please, when you get back home, don't feed your baby kitty canned food ever, dry is best, and for the first year,..kitten dry. I suppose you have to do what you have to do for now, but please be careful of what you give him/her. Bye the way, what did you name baby??
Wow, that's a hard one. You could probably feed her tuna & potted meat, if they sell anything like that! Then if/when you come back to the USA or wherever, you could feed her canned cat food & maybe there wouldn't be that much of a difference. Geez, I dunno! Kittens really need certain nutrients & things to grow up healthy. Good luck finding an answer!
