When people say he hosted the Indian Tri-Colour, I sure remember what he said from the ramparts of Red Fort in Delhi, while addressing the nation on 15th of August, '87...the moron referred to the independence day as Republic Day...and the guy was a PM...what a joke...
I guess the second was the Smoking Gun...Bofors...just kiddin..
