Very deep question. - You can speak that it is there and moves on a different plane than you do, because every now and then you see it, but you are completely correct - you cannot speak knowingly of 'how' it flies.

There is my brother Eagle soaring high above the clouds. Oh how I wish it were me. I watch him fly, does he watch me? He lands near by to catch a fish. I swim with the fish does he ever envy me? He has dropped a feather, it is something so delicate and yet so strong. How many of those feathers would it take to carry me? Look at him he makes it look so easy. Leaping from the branch, his wings stretched out he flows with the breeze so softly. Oh how I wish it were me.

You cannot really know. But thru reading and knowledge you can get a glimpse of the eagle's perspective.

Poke your head out and take a look! Reflect on the flight of others and be happy that you have the armor of yourself. And keep on keepin' on!

You don't because turtles can't talk. They can't even think about the abstract concepts you're suggesting.
