Translation: "No puedo imaginarme cuan alta es esa torre."
The word How is usually translated into "Como" when used to ask for an explanation. But How + adjective is like asking "how much" and in that case How is "Cuan".

Hi, I'm a native Spanish speaker.

1. You can say: "Cuán" or "Qué tan" (notice the accents).
2. You can use "esa" or "aquella" for "that". "Aquella" sounds nicer.
3. It's not necessary to say "imaginarme" since "puedo" already includes the pronoun "I".

No puedo imaginar cuán alta es aquella torre.
No puedo imaginar qué tan alta es esa torre.
