SUSHI. Its decadent, tasty and a small amount of fat if any mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm plus you can choose to have fish or just different veggie types. Oh and make sure you have some pickled ginger with it ... Delish!!

Try these
it is quick n easy

VEGETABLES IN SPICY ALMOND SAUCE

2 cups vegetables (baby corn, broccoli,
carrots), cut into wedges (parboiled)
1 teaspoon fresh red chillies, sliced
½ cup almonds, blanched, peeled and sliced
¼ cup bean sprouts
2 cups Chinese white sauce
1 tablespoon oil
salt to taste

Method


1.Heat the oil, add the fresh red chillies,almonds, bean sprouts and vegetables and sauté for a few seconds.
2.Add the Chinese white sauce and salt and bring to a boil.
3.Serve immediately.

If u r worried about your weight u could have some vegetables or fruits....else u can eat a big juicy steak with spaghetti and ,,sarmale"(sarmale=good romanian food)....and so on....Bon apetit!

dont you hate being in that mood when nothing ever tickles your tastebuds you need to narrow it down to what kind of taste you fancy sweet or savory then eat anything you can get your hands on as a substitute lol
