There is a group called "Freecycle". There you will need to find the state/city you live in, sign up for the group and search through their message board. There are many messages with childrens/Infants clothing.

Have you tried consignment stores, garage sales, friends that had children? You can find really nice things at these places. Children are only in their clothes for a short time anyway,so why spend a lot of money on something that they usually wear only a time or two? Also check the stores where you shop and see if they have a lay-away. That way you can get the things you need now and pay on them usually weekly. You can have them paid for by the time the baby gets here. Congratulations on your new baby! I have 4 beautiful children.

Thrift stores, garage sales and Ebay are my top picks for clothes in good condition at great prices. But ALWAYS ask around first because other moms might be more than willing to bring over bags and boxes of kids clothes that are just sitting in their closet. Lots of mothers don't want to fool with a garage sale to get just 25 cents for the clothes and they feel good about sharing with another mother.
I can't stress enough how it pays to ask around first. My husband and I bought a $300 lawn mower one week before my pastor offered us a nice one for free the church wasn't using. Bummer! And last month we bought a brand new $150 air conditioner only to have a neighbor offer us one for FREE a mere two days later. Arrghhh!!
If you nurse you will also save a lot of money, or if you bottle feed and are a low income family, you may be eligible for WIC (through your state's health dept.) which issues vouchers for foods like milk, cheese, eggs and cereal and also baby formula.
Congragulations!

I can only advise you about your credit scoring, after 6 payments are missed many companies put a default on your name, firstly check how many payments have been missed, secondly if it hasent turned into default yet, try your best to finish the loan as soon as possible as once the default gets registered it will stay on your file for 6 years and you will not be granted credit on normal terms. Now in case you are a home owner you can contact me on info@mortgagereliefonline . co . uk and I can give you my details, I am more than happy to have a chat with you and will try to help you raise some finance if I can. I am a independent mortgage advisor by profession.

Consignment stores and thrift stores are the way to go. Also, ask any friends who recently had a baby if they could loan you certain things. Get whatever you can through these two ways and then for whatever is left, Baby's R Us is a good store that has good selection and low prices for multiple ages.

Maybe try asking around. Do you have any friends who think they are done having kids? Maybe you can "borrow" their baby stuff long term. Remind them that, like you, if they get rid of it entirely, it's like tempting fate. So many people I know thought they were done with kids and the minute they got rid of the baby stuff, they found themselves expecting again. So, if they simply loan it out instead of getting rid of it, they aren't tempting fate and won't find themselves in your position.
Do you attend church? I don't but I know that friends who attend church put out the word about stuff they need (like junior is taking band and looking for a trumpet) and they have it lent to them by church members who they may not even know personally.
Reach out into your network of family and friend for loaners. Someone might have everything but, chances are, between them all you can get what you need. Good luck.

Check with your friends and see if they have some baby things they'd let you borrow. I have several friends who have borrowed clothes, swings, car seats, cribs, etc. from each other. (Just make sure they are still meet safety requirements if they are very old at all.)
