it may be not growing because you used fertilizer for flowers and not fertilizer for poodles on it try the fertilizer for poodles, ferti-poo.

Chicken poop, cow poop, horse poop, in a base of vodka and vitamins E, K, B12, and nitrogen (NOT nitro glycerine!). And dont use dog poop unless you want your poodle to turn into a mushroom.

don't water it in direct sunlight.....it'll burn up. water it before the sun comes up and then let it sit in the sun for a couple of hours.
