First of all... I can't agree with your percentages of consent vs. force in incest, simply because there has never been, or will be, a study on this subject. Just to throw out percentages is wrong. The same as if people against incest would say that it's 95-98% the other way.
And your question about "what do you think about incest?" has been asked over and over on this site. You will be probably get a lot of "It's gross." and "You need help!" responses. And you will get people like me who don't have a problem with sex between consenting adults, no matter who they are. What goes on behind closed doors is no one's business but the people in that room. Not the neighbors, nor the government, or even the people on this very site.
So the question is "What do you think about incest?"

It's impossible to get accurate statistics on such an inflammatory subject. Factually, we don't have a clue how much consenting incest (i.e. between siblings etc.) goes on or the entirety of how much child sex abuse goes on.
Your question is really badly phrased: you started by making a statement which is very likely to cause offense.
What exactly is your point?
