Don't know! I know some keyboards are different, letters in a different order like frecnh keyboards? Top part is azer on one side tyop on the other side but part from that ... Sorry to say i dinae ken hen!

t=time
m=must
e=end
q=quickly
w=when
d=doomed
don't worry it doesn't make sense to me as well but i tried

it seems like a password, a misspelled word, an acronym or an abbreviation of something like "lol" which means laugh out out.
