I can say that I wouldn't have done it because I would have left your sorry *** the first time. Press charges if you want to, but know that you deserved what you got and you should stop dating and just be the man whore you want to be.

Did You Lie to her and say you would date her exclusively? Dating isn't meant to be exclusive, you should date as many people as possible and compare to find the best one. When you do find someone you think you can see yourself married to, then you "Go Steady", and this is a test of how you're going to be together in an exclusive relationship. If that works out, you get engaged and prepare to be married. No matter what stage you're at, getting physical is wrong, she could have done permanent damage, and doesn't know how to have a relationship. She should pay your medical bill, but won't, so I'd let it go and end the relationship. Next time make sure you are clear about you intentions to be exclusive, and know if you tell your future GF's you plan on dating others you are letting her do the same. And be honest, if you plan on cheating anyone, you can see it can get UGLY!

This sounds to me like a unhealthy relationship that will probably not end here.
I've seen this a lot with my some of my friends. A piece of advice if she tries to call and apolagize, don't answer. You'll be back in the loop before you know what's going on. And it will only be a matter of time before something like this happens again - Go ahead with the charges, it was sorry of you to cheat on her, but after the first time she knew what she was getting into. And as a woman who has been cheated on several times, it was her decision to stay, right? Don't get me wrong I'm not making excuses for you, I hope that you get the chance to experience the same pain she's endured, but what she did was not right and she must suffer the consequences.
Maybe something as tramatic as facing criminal charges will wise her up enough to leave you alone for good.
No matter how much you love each other, you are not good for each other. Heard of the term "Fatal Attaction"?

If you were going to press charges it would've been done the night the violent act was done. Domestic Violence should be dealt with on the spot!! But you....are a pathetic specimen of a human being to think you could get away with infedelity and not get caught!!!
If you have medical bills, a police report, pictures, etc. SUE her in small claims. Remember pain and suffering is only granted if you have documented evidence. 3-7 x the amount of the medicals is what is usually granted.

First of all I have two responses to you.
* You should have never cheated on her
Second, no one, even a cheater deserves to be battered. Although I can see how she might have 'snapped' and done this. Although it does not make it right.
Perhaps next time you'll think about breaking off a relationship before messing around with someone. Sounds like your choice of women is on the rough side - the next one might just put you 6 ft. under. Something to think about. Remeber the movie fatal attraction. Keep that in mind.

Press charges, drink heavily, find a girlfriend who's more like YOU who won't care if you CHEAT, take a road trip or whatever. She did what any normal woman woulda done after the first time. Nobody should endure violence like that, but dude you cheated on her three freakin' times.
After the second time, you should've been a man and broke it off with her. Did it ever occur to you to consider he feelings before you cheated on her.
I wouldn't press charges, but I'd consider what you did to cause it. You really hurt her emotionally, and in some cases most juries won't look to favorably on you.
In other words, you forgot the golden rule.

Speaking as one guy to another - you got what you deserved, pal. 3 times a cheater? Are you proud the way you treated her? You're a wimp if she managed to hold you against a wall, and you'll be a bigger wimp if you press charges. If it had been me, you wouldn't have testicles to speak of!

Nothing justifies her criminal behavior. She knew from the first time you cheated on her that she can either continue with the relationship and accept you as the flawed person you are. But her brutal behavior deserves punishment........file charges. Imagine what the next guy is up against. File charges and don't turn back. If you decide you can't file charges watch your back she is one MAD WOMAN!

I agree. Be a man whore and press charges.
Believe it or not, retelling the story to girls you're trying to pick up (leaving out the cheating part) will probably gain you extra bonus sympathy points and they'll want to get into your pants even more.
Dude. For you to cheat on your girlfriend three different teams AND get caught...she must have been a pretty crappy girlfriend. You only get caught if you want to ;)
