Yep. I went out to a nightclub. Had a few drinks, danced to some music, went home ALONE, woke up ALONE and came to work. That's pretty damned lucky, if you consider all the people who went to bed drunk with strangers and woke up this morning with someone in their bed that looks like the swamp monster and smells like a combination of an ashtray and sour whiskey. I am SO LUCKY!

I got to attend a Black Belt test for a JuJitsu school I used to attend in the 90's. I attacked someone with a rubber knife repeatedly and got thrown on the mat over and over. I'd do a backwards sommersault, get back on my feet and attack again.
Did I get lucky last night? No. My girl was off doing her own thing.
Was I fortunate to be involved in something fun? Yes
