Anything I can get my hands on, usually. Somatimes I think we should bypass all the "thinking" and just keep a bowl each of sugar and salt on the table (unlabled of corse for the SUPPRIZE factor ;}) But the best is something that is sweet AND salty like kettle-corn! And pleanty of liquids.

4:20 is too soon before I eat dinner to be having a snack. I usually have a light snack around 3:30 of cereal or maybe a yogurt and a couple handfuls of Cheese Its. I'm trying to be healthy and watch what I eat so I can lose weight. I usually have my last caffeinated soda at 5 pm and that's as close as I come to a 4:20 snack.
