Since I am not going down without a fight, guess I'd have to kill and face the law. I'm terrified of death because I want to stick around for my daughters. Yep, I'd definitely have to kill someone.

It would depend on the circumstances, but....I'm not really big on being killed or committing suicide, so with this level of information...someone else is in a world of hurt.
If I or my loved one(s) were being attacked...and it was the attacker or myself/loved ones...the attacker is so dead. If I had to give my life for a loved one....I'd do it. I don't see myself killing someone and then committing suicide.....but could happen, I suppose.

I would REFUSE to kill someone else, and if my penalty was that I had to die for refusing so as to make the quota, sobeit.
