cannot get rid of pop up cmdservice is it on my pcI can I delete this no spyware or antivirus will delete?

Evidently this is a notorious spyware (I use Mac exclusively so I wouldn't know, but I Googled )

Here's what one geek recommended:

This usually removes cmdService:

Go to Start->Run and type in notepad and hit OK. Then copy and paste the following into Notepad:

sc stop cmdService
sc delete cmdService
del delete.bat

Save the file as "delete.bat". Make sure to save it with the quotes. Double click on it.
