The stupid program will not let me into my profile or contact details .Please , what am I doing wrong .

I added U2 my watch list...as I have searched 4 the answer 2 &
I know there is a way...but so far, no 1 knows...so let's hope! They keep telling us to go to our contact info, etc...I have tried everything....The name fields are not optional....it would not allow me to take off my last name...so I know there is a different way, as Yahoo offered it to me, and I was in a hurry & declined...and now I can't change it! I E-mail people from all over the world...must they have my full name? I did go to PROFILES...NOT AN OPTION!

I don't know about MSN or AIM, but on Yahoo Messenger, it's Messenger >> My Contact Details.

Open Windows Messenger, then click Tools, click Options.

You go into your info in yahoo, like your profile, and insted of your last name, put a letter or just erase it all together. you just have to find your profile in yahoo. You cant do it threw the IM. Good luck!
