No you should not... for two reasons

1) taking xalatan will not protect you against glaucma nor decrease the risk of you getting it.. that is it is not a prophylactic medication...nor does one exist yet

2) It does have side effects that you surely don't want to get while you are gettting no benefit from the drug.. side effects are:increases pigmentation of iris and lashes, blurred vision, eye inflammation, macular oedema... and others that you surely don't want to know..

any medication has side effects.. so never take one unless the benefits outweights the risks...

You shopuld not be able to get an RX if you don't have glaucoma, because Xalatan is to relieve pressure that is already built up in the eye. so this would be illegal first, but also unneccesary because how then would you know if you did develop it?
Besides it will not prevent glaucoma, it only relieves the pressure once you develop glaucoma.

Talk to an ophthalmologist about your desires. Playing with prescriptions for the eyes is something that should not be done.
