If you want to bring your new wife from a foreign country the process is a mess. Check my previous Q and A's, I hired a lawyer to fill in the paperwork and still got delayed because they changed the 129f form recently and demanded a new form sent. Alot of horrible stories out here, the USCIS seems determined to make the process as difficult as possible for us citizens who dare to marry out side the states, but the government seems to be bending over backwards to let mexican illegals get legal status with no connection to a us citizen other than the being willing to work cheap. Compare this to a communist country like China where I am forced to live if I want to be with my wife because she can't even visit the usa because of the restrictions. China doesn't need anymore people, over 1 billion already, but it was no problem from their government for me to come here, get residency, a job, in fact it was very easy process in reverse to ours. The home of the free and freedom? Bullsh**!

I'm a Veteran, Paid taxes all my life, I own my own business and home, never seen the inside of a courthouse, and in fact neither my wife or I have never done anything wrong. So does it seem fair to everyone we don't really have this right in the world community?

For the person who questions my wife and thinks something has to be wrong with her, in fact, shes never been in trouble, is very wealthy even by usa stadards, owes business and property, well educated, and is very very sweet lady. I haven't fileed taxes on anything less than 100,000 annually in over 6 years, so money doesn't help. It's the freakin process, not the people

I think ALL immigration should be stopped for about 5 years. Get the border fence built, put the money in the ICE, the US Border Patrol, and clear up any misunderstandings, THEN we start talking about resuming immigration. What we've got now is 'bums rush' immigration policy, and it needs to stop.

if she has never done anything wrong, why are they not allowing her access??? there has to be a reason, and obviously since they figure there is a reason and dont wantr her in the U.S. than thats there right to do that.
