I hear a lot of people say illegals that cross our borders can be possible rapists, murderers, or child molestors. That's kinda weird though, then should we stop women from giving birth because they could have possibaly given birth to a future rapist, murdere, or child molestor?

Anyone can be a possible rapist, murderer and child molester, it isn't only the illegals who run that risk.

If you're talking about 'anchor babies' etc., I think the baby should retain the nationality of the birth mother, and if she's in our country illegally, well, sorry, but enough is enough.
The United States is already a populous country, growing moreso by the year. The growth would be much slower if our immigration laws were being enforced, but due to collective incompetence in Washington, they're not being enforced.
I wish Mexico would spend more of its' efforts and energies on supporting its' own people, legitimately enhancing its' own economy, and being a much better partner with the United States on border enforcement. Mexico is more than half of our immigration problem, and maybe what's really needed are some trade restrictions on top of all of this to help underscore the urgent need for them to pull their socks up as a country and take care of business.
Mexico's a hole. Until its' citizens face up to that, and take issue with it, and fix it, it'll continue to be a hole. C'mon, Mexico! Get with the program! Andele!

You are comparing apples to oranges. Those crossing illegally in to the US are generally adults who have already chosen to break one law. Most are uneducated and poor and will continue to be uneducated and poor. Low education and income are two of the largest indicators of criminal behavior.
Babies on the other hand do not yet have the free will to choose to break the law.
Depending on which study you believe, 25-32% of the US prison population are illegal aliens. At a minimum, that is 40,000 people.
The estimated number of illegal aliens living in the US is 8-14 million. That means that roughly 0.5% of the illegal aliens in this country are in prision. That is rougly ten times higher than the rate for the general population!
So there is your answer: Illegal aliens are 10x more likely to end up in prison than the average person living in the US.

Maybe we should create a system where they are guilty until proven innocent...
Maybe we should remove all their constitutional rights because of a crime they MIGHT commit... Even though the chances of them reoffending are lower than any other criminal...
Maybe we should punish them, their spouses, their children and their friends for a crime comitted by someone else just because they comitted a crime in the past even if it was 20-30 years ago...
Maybe we should put their name, address and criminal history on a website so the vigalanties know where to go for target practice without any care or reguard that there may be children living there too...
Maybe we should deny them the right to housing, employment, education, social services and medical care...
Maybe we should extend all the above to their spouses and children...
OH wait a minute. We already DO all the above. We do it to every registered sex offender, their children and their families all because the media and politicians lie to us about the real risk.
It would make too much sense to expect parents to actually watch their own children huh?

That is crazy. Not all people are like that. To stop a woman from having children should be a crime based on the potential father. Not all mexicans are bad, just like not all americans are bad. There are criminals down in Mexico, just like America but it doesnt mean all who cross the border are criminals!
