You can have a decent job too. You can laugh, smile, make friends, work at soemthing you love, and have faith. That, my friend, is a productive life and a life well lived.

All these things can be treated with meds, so yes normal and productive. Have you seen a DR.? I assume since you gave diagnosis, so did he not give an RX? Go to another DR. and discuss theses things. He will probablly suggest a sleep study for the apnea and if found to be true they give ou a device to wear at night. You can get pills or a gel applied to the skin to increase your testosterone. And last, you can get synthroid, a synthetic thyroid hormone for the thyroiud problem.

Yes. You may want to have your doctor check you out for high insulin as well. My husband has that, and gluten intolerance. Now that we have those identified, and are treating them with modifications in his diet, his sleep has been better, and his high blood pressure is under control. I don't think he has the other two, though.
Best wishes.

Sleep apnea seems to be the popular cause of all our ills these days. I have to wonder, is it all a clever ploy to sell these c-pap machines?
