Assuming you are asking about a repossessed vehicle, each finance company and bank has their own rules and procedures. Some may sell at public auction, some may sell them at dealer only auctions, and some may (especially the small banks and credit unions) may try things like putting them in front of the branch with a for sale sign on it.

You would have to look for auctions in your area. In many places, these auctions are advertised in the public notice section of the classified ads in your paper.

Be aware that most repos are sold as is, with no warranty. you also would, in most cases, have to pay cash on the spot whenyou buy at auction. Most reposessed vehicles have not had all the maintenance done on them. If you can not afford the payment, you usually do not have the money for maintenance, so be careful!

Most financial institutions have a department that process Rep autos. Just call each to find out location some even place information on their web site.

Best thing to do is check with the banks....they are the ones who have such cars.....They either park them in front of the bank or sell them at auction....it's best to call then and find out to see if they do such thing.....I know a few here in Houston TX that do that.
