Having a boyfriend doesn't mean you can't meet and talk with other people. Flirting, coming on to, leading them to believe you're available would be definitely wrong (remember, you have a boyfriend), but you can still get to know someone and find out if there is a nice personality that goes with the cuteness. But, if the package is attractive but it's wrapped around garbage, would you want to settle for the wrapping paper?
On the other hand, you two might really find you have things in common and enjoy each others company, in which case you might let bf #1 of the hook first before you start it up with cuteness #2. Just my opinion.

1. Do you really love your boyfriend? If yes, be loyal with him. Don't let the outside blind your eyes.
2. If you don't love your boyfriend any longer, say good bye to him, and take time to get to know the other one who you said is cute. Don't be greedy to keep 2 relationships. It's very dangerous.
3. If you still love your boyfriend, but you find that you like the other one too. You have to find out whether it's only an admiration or it's a true love? If it were a true love, then who you loved more? Let your heart decide..

Well, if you have to ask this question, then maybe you really don't want to be with your boyfirend. Any female that is really into their boyfriend wouldn't be swayed just because some "cute" guy likes them.
