No. Most poisons are diluted in the animal in which has injested the poison. It is usually a small amount in comparison to the size of the feline and most cats will not eat a dead mouse unless they are really hungry. Not your usual house cat. Don't fret.

Depends on the type of poison. Some contain warfarin or a coumadin related compound and since rodents can't regurgitate, it would kill the mouse, but the cat would be unaffected as they can regurgitate it.

my oh work's for pest controll i just asked him it will make ur cat quite sick but shouldn't lead to death , depending on how many mice who has eaten the poision that ur cat has eaten if ingested to much it can be fatel , ur best bet is to take ur cat to the vet's with the name of the posion used and let them advise what to do good luck
