how can we protect our power cord product( HD and PVC)againt some breakages(HD)and shrinkages (PVC)?

we are power cord manufacteres in india so please tell me about my product,how can i improve quality (technical way)?

Whilst alot can be controlled in the manufacturing process the best path is to modify the feedstock compound with masterbatch additives to ensure they provide the correct physical properties.

If you have an example of a good prototype conduct physical property (IZOD etc) tests to verify your requirements and pass these back to your polymer provider. If they can't modify their 'recipe', speak to someone that can.
