Call her and just listen to her - don't judge her but listen - all she needs is a shoulder to cry on and to know someone will be there.
Try to do things together as friends but also give her space as sometimes you just want to be left alone

its best to just be there for her. and its glad that youve recognized that u and her need help since both of u have seemed to have done bad stuff. let her know that youre always there for her, and whenever shes down try to avoid making her feel better because sometimes ppl arent in the mood. just be there when she feels the need to vent or pour her heart out. you sound like u care for her a lot and a really good friend. just hang in there and be there for her.

omg u sound jus like my guy friend who is helping me out n that is sso sweet---the most comforting thing is when he says to jus relax and that ev'rything will b ok....n jus talks to me for awhile n tell me not to cry ect....don't try to "cheer her up" just b there for her.......talk to her till shes sleepy n when shes ready to go to sleep tell her to have sweet dreams and not to worry about anything cuz it will b ok in the end..........thats what my friend dose 4 me and it makes me feel so much better---good luck

You shouldn't be blaming yourself for her breakup. What has happened has happened. The only thing you can do now is be there for her....and let her know that.
