Something tells me that this is not a healthy boyfriend/girlfriend relationship.
I thought the point to these relationships were to compliment each others lives and try to make each other happy with the possibility of the relationship evolving into marriage.
If you feel that you are with your ideal mate then there is no need or reason to try to hurt him. If you feel that you are not with your ideal mate then you should get out of the relationship so that you can find your ideal mate.
In general, it is never a good idea to try to hurt somebody unless it is to protect yourself from physical harm.
It is also good to remember that people judge you by your actions. What kind of reputation do you want to have? How do you want people to see you?

Pull the the hair off of his body while he's sleeping.
