I think brown eggs taste better than white eggs, I believe the nutritional value is the same thou.

There's no real taste or nutritional difference, but I use brown eggs to make pasta because it gives the pasta more color.

Colour of the egg is determined by the breed of chook. I'm guessing nutritional values might vary a bit between breeds to a certain extent

because they are brown - they appear to be better. i don't understand consumers. however i do know this much for sure - they are more expensive.
the best eggs are the eggland, cage free, vegetarian fed brown eggs. they just taste better and i feel better eating them due to their incubation environment.

Look, some of my best friends are brown eggs, er....were.
