i have been enjoying sushi lately and usually order california rolls or veggie rolls. Are they low in fat like people say or are there any hidden extras.

I like sushi to. Do not go crazy and eat it every day but there is nothing wrong with it, When I eat it i do not feel all full and gross I feel like okay that was good and will hold me over then at supper time I have a protein shake. Because Supper time is my weakness. But you need a little carb in your body so the answer is SUSHI is good for you, It is not fried, battered and has no food coloring. It is fresh and it good for you skin and hair

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Veggie Rolls are great(of course)because they are just vegetables. Some California rolls have a tiny fat in them with the eggs, but the rest are ok.

I'm korean so really Korean food is part of my daily diet :P A lot of foreigners like food such as Kimbap (Korean style sushi I should say?), Bulgogi (Beef in this sweetish sauce... It's really good), Dwenjangjjigae (It's bean paste soup... Idk it's not my favorite though because of the bean scent), Kimchi (Well... I expect you to know that), and Ddukkbokki (spicy rice cake) Korean snacks and drinks are really good. I recommend Choco Pie, Pepero, Onion Rings, My Chew, and White Heim for snacks. For drinks I recommend Milkis, Cider, and Sunny 10. Go to your local asian market and they should have it ^^ DID U KNOW KOREAN COKE TASTES DIFFERENT KINDA? I MEAN, IT'S THE SAME COCA COLA THING AND IT TASTES DIFFERENT

Avoid the ones with white rice. I eat only the ones made with brown rice.
