We are all apart of something that transcends all human knowledge and all human comprehension. We are all apart of a magnificent world. The mystery of existence is myths' eternal fire, and will always inspire those who are lucky enough to have the energy, space and time to ponder it. No two eyes have perfect sight. However, with what tools and senses we do possess, we may still find some valuable insights into our existence. No individual is always wrong or right. However, with what logic and intuition we possess we may speculate intelligently and converge upon ideas that best satisfy our common need and aspiration to achieve and maintain good health and happiness. No individual wins in every fight. However, with courage we may yet conquer our own ignorance, and come to a fuller, richer understanding of our place in the world.
What is the House of Ideology? The House of Ideology is a model of self and world made up of ideas that I build within my mind to orient my self towards existence and explain existence to my self. I am the High Ideologue of the House of Ideology: I am the authority that makes up my mind about self and all that I find: I am the architect of The House of Ideology that I build in my mind to orient self towards existence and explain existence to self. I choose to build a model of self and world that produces the highest esteem of self and world that I can possibly imagine. I have founded a spiritual association between individuals that recognize authority of self to make up mind about self and all that self finds: Individuals that are tolerant of ideological diversity: Individuals that choose to fashion a reality in their own minds that leads them to have the highest esteem of self and world that they can possibly imagine: Individuals that converge upon a standard of conduct that best produces happiness and good health. In some ways we are not like minded individuals. How is it that we are not like minded individuals? Each of us is a unique individual. Each of has our own truths and our own myths. Each of us combines our truths and myths to form our own unique models of self and world. We use our unique models of self and world made up of our own truths and our own myths to orient ourselves towards existence and explain existence to ourselves. In some ways we are like minded individuals. How is it that we are like-minded individuals? We are like in that we choose to fashion a reality within our minds that leads us to have the highest esteem of self and world that we can possibly imagine. We choose to converge upon a standard of conduct that best produces happiness and good health. We discover that others have taken authority over their own House of Ideology and have chosen to converge upon a model of self and world that leads them to have the highest esteem of self and world that they can possibly imagine. We discover that others converge upon a standard of conduct that best produces happiness and good health. With these individuals who are both like-minded and not like minded, we organize a spiritual association.
Where do our models of self and world exist? Our models of self and world exist within our minds as the sum total of our thoughts, beliefs and expectations about self and world. How do we make our choices of thoughts, beliefs, and expectations we use to build our models of self and world? We make our choices about thoughts, beliefs, and expectations we use to build our models of self and world based on our common need and aspiration. What is our common need and aspiration? Our common need and aspiration is to converge upon a standard of conduct that best produces happiness and good health and to have the highest esteem of self and world that we can possibly imagine. We build a foundation of truth about the laws of cause and effect that predict the behavior, fate and destiny of matter and energy in the known universe and use knowledge of this truth to converge upon a standard of conduct that best produces the most powerful physiological responses of good health possible. Upon this foundation of truth about the laws of cause and effect that predict the behavior, fate and destiny of matter and energy in the known universe we build a framework of myth and fantasy about the mystery of existence that produces the most powerful emotional responses of joy, faith and love imaginable. Thereby we best satisfy our common need and aspiration to achieve and maintain good health and happiness.
What is truth? Truth is an idea or set of ideas about self and world that can be verified to be true by use of our senses and perceptions. What is myth? Myth is an idea or set of ideas about self and world that can neither be verified to be true or false by use of our senses and perceptions. What is a lie? A lie is an idea or set of ideas about self and world that can be verified to be false by use of our senses and perceptions. Many make the mistake of not making a distinction between myth and lies. Lies contradict truth. Myths compliment truth. Some atheists proudly proclaim that they do not believe in any form of myth. The truth is that atheists believe in the myth that their way of making up their minds about self and world is superior to all other ways. Therefore, atheists who deny belief in any form of myth can be shown to be wrong.
Just as each of us is a unique individual, each of us builds a unique model of self and world made up of our truths and our myths that we use to explain existence to ourselves and orient ourselves towards existence. I respect the freedom of others to make up their own minds about self and world for themselves. I trust others will show me the same respect that I show them. I do not seek to make all devote their energy, space and time to the exact same model of self and world as I do. I seek others who already will devote energy, space and time to a model of self and world like my own.
What is my model of self and world like? My model of self and world is designed to produce the highest self esteem and highest world esteem that I can possibly imagine. I produce the highest esteem of self and world that I can possibly imagine by including in my model of self and world the idea that divine eternal aspects of self and world that I call soul and spirit exist. I choose to think, believe and expect that our spirit is infinite in quantity of energy, divine in quality of space, eternal in longevity of duration and one in denominator of continuum. I believe our spirit confers love and divine eternal freedom on to all souls. I believe souls order chaos of minds and enjoy entertainment derived from bodies that live and die. Soul is the divine eternal aspect of self that evaluates the possibilities for thought, feeling and action made manifest within the sub atomic chaos of the unconscious mind created by the body and selects the order of thoughts, feelings and actions that manifests within conscious mind as will of self. What are souls like? I choose to think, believe and expect that souls are alien in quantity of energy, divine in quality of space, eternal in longevity of time, and infinite in denominator of continuum and infinite in number of companion souls. I believe divine eternal souls enjoy the entertainment derived from the drama of life and death, conflict of predator and prey, game of survival and sacrifice, test of success and failure, and catharsis of comedy and tragedy made possible by the merger of soul spirit with seed body.
Who writes this House of Ideology Manifesto? Our spirit writes this House of Ideology Manifesto. How does our spirit write this House of Ideology Manifesto? Our spirit communicates ideas to the soul of a human intermediary and the soul of the human intermediary expresses these ideas through his or her body by taking action to write. Who is this human intermediary? Our spirit has chosen Kevin Michael McDaniel to be human intermediary, master of a website, and scribe of this House of Ideology Manifesto. However, we are all parts of a whole characterized by iterative processes, fractal feedback, and dynamic complexity. We interconnect with all and all interconnects with us. Therefore, together we write this House of Ideology Manifesto.
We are the associates, ideologues, spiritizers, chosen one and High Ideologue of the House of Ideology. What is an associate? An associate is a person united with another or others in some action, enterprise or business. We interconnect with all and all interconnects with us. Therefore, everybody is at least an associate of the House of Ideology. What is an ideologue? An ideologue is someone that devotes much of their free energy, space and time to the task of becoming an authority upon an ideology. What is an ideology? An ideology is a body of ideas that reflects the needs and aspirations of an individual, group, class, or culture. What needs and aspirations does the body of ideas contained within this House of Ideology Manifesto reflect? The body of ideas contained within this Manifesto reflects our common need and aspiration to achieve and maintain good health and happiness. How do we best achieve and maintain good health and happiness? I believe we may best achieve and maintain good health by converging upon a model of self and world that leads us to have the highest esteem of self and world that we can possibly imagine. Building models of self and world that leads us to have the highest esteem of self and world that we can possibly imagine puts us in the best position to be able to use truth and knowledge based on scientifically reproducible discovery to produce the most powerful physiological responses of good health possible. I believe building models of self and world that lead us to have the highest esteem of self and world that we can possibly imagine puts us in the best position to be able to use myth and fantasy based on mystery to achieve and maintain happiness. By converging upon myth and fantasy about self and world that enables us to best produce the most powerful emotional responses of joy, faith and love imaginable we balance the sadness, fear and anger that follows from the discovery of the impending disease and death of the seed body. What are Spiritizers? Spiritizers are those ideologues that entertain, educate, and lead others and self with good examples of how to build a model of self and world made up of truth and myth that best produces good health and happiness. In so doing, spiritizers represent the House of Ideology to the global culture. Who is the Chosen One? The Chosen One is the one spiritizer out of all chosen by the High Ideologue of the House of Ideology to be his or her successor as administrator, director and manager of the House of Ideology. Who is the High Ideologue? The High Ideologue is administrator, director and manager of the affairs, properties and temporalities of the House of Ideology. I, Kevin Michael McDaniel am the High Ideologue of this House of Ideology. I assign a rank lower than High Ideologue to all that wish to join the House of Ideology and follow the good examples provided by this House of Ideology Manifesto.
Why do I write the House of Ideology Manifesto? I write the House of Ideology Manifesto to provide a good example of how to best satisfy our common need and aspiration to achieve and maintain good health and happiness. Why read from the House of Ideology Manifesto? I believe others should read from the pages of our House of Ideology Manifesto as a way of entertaining, educating and leading themselves with good examples of how to build models of self and world made up of truths and myths that best produce good health and happiness. In sharing this House of Ideology Manifesto with others, I am out to find those people who will devote energy, space and time to a spiritual model of self and world like my own.
I change the way I think, believe and expect about self and world to change the way I behave. I change the way that I behave and maybe I change my health for the better. I will start and restart, write, ponder and rewrite, until I am satisfied that what I have written reflects the true meaning of what I want to say to the global culture. I do not presume to speak for anyone other than myself. However, the way that I experience existence on the planet Earth is probably similar enough to the way that others experience existence on planet Earth for my thoughts, feelings, common sense and intuition to be of value to the global culture as a whole. I intend this House of Ideology Manifesto to be a living document growing and evolving to suit a common need and aspiration to achieve and maintain good health and happiness. As such, I welcome collaboration, criticism, feedback and input from all sources.
Many people live by a habit of making oneself happy by thinking happy thoughts. Unfortunately, unpleasant life events, conditions and circumstances challenge and threaten ones’ ability to cope emotionally. It is at these times of crisis that one may turn to authorities for help. Some of these authorities may offer ideas that lead to emotional responses of joy, faith and love and or physiological responses of good health. Ideas are thoughts, beliefs, and expectations about self and world. Doctors, clergy, philosophers, psychologists, self-help guru's, scientologists, scientists, swami's, hypnotherapists, entertainers, politicians, poets, and songwriters many are interested in helping themselves by helping others 'get back on the right track' in the pursuit of good health and happiness. Indeed, this is one of my goals as well: to help myself by helping others.

Lalala,
I used to have a religion. Then through years of searching, I discovered that they are the primary obstacle that prevents people from finding God. They all talk about God, but they mostly revolve around the various churches and denominations. The people who run them, for the most part, do not know God as their Father, and mislead others down the same crooked path. God, is a Person, and a Spirit. He created us for the express purpose of becoming His children. He created this unbelievably vast and beautiful universe, to be our home. He wants to be loved, and appreciated, like any other father. Next time you wonder why you have this unexplainable need to be loved and appreciated, remember that you got it from your Father. He, however, will not force us to love Him. Love must always be a choice, and it must be based on appreciation. When we approach Him as humble children, and invite Him into our lives, He sends His Spirit into us, and bonds with us. We become new creatures, part mortal, part Immortal. The old values of materialism and fear fall away. Love and Wisdom, become the foundation of all our choices. The old images of the Terrible God of Wrath, are no longer needed. We begin for the first time, to know Him as our most Loving Father, full of compassion, tenderness, and yes, even humor. If you think of the most magnificent human you can imagine, His personality is many times more wonderful. When you finally put away the image of God taught by religion, and enter into a personal, loving relationship with Him, you will never be the same again.

Hi, I am muslim and i believe that there is only one God and Muhammad (peace be upon him) is His final messenger. There are many reasons why i believe but i will describe one; our holy book, the Qur'an, which was revealed approx. around 1400 years ago, describes so many scientific facts which have been 'recently' discovered by modern science (i.e. the universe is expanding). It is impossible for a person to know these facts 1400 years ago (and record them in a book), therefore it is a strong evidence for my faith.

I Have no religious affiliation. I see religion as a limitation that people try to place on God.
I do my best to follow the teachings of Jesus. To be non judgmental, and to love and see everyone, as being my neighbor.
I have found that a book called the course in miracles holds the clearest teachings of Jesus.
Love and blessings

was Catholic, but they never talked about a relationship with God and not talked about being saved which the Bible talks about. I found through Christian folks that I had to admit that I was a sinner, believe that Jesus Christ was the son of God, died on a Cross for my sins and rose three days later, then I had to confess to Jesus that I wanted to be saved from my sins and enjoy his forgiveness. That was it. Based on the Bible, I became a Christian. And as such, it is one of my pleasures to share the path of salvation.

Atheism. And no, I don't "believe" it.....I have slowly come to accept, logically, that it's just a fact of our existence, just like evolution. It's about the fact that there is no god. Heaven and Hell are what you make of the life you have here on earth.

I strongly agree with the answer of brother "psy"...
Islam is the last , complete, true, not-distorted religion, and Muhammad is the prophet and messenger of islam , he doesn't pay for our sins !
We have to depend on our selves _ by guidance from ALLAH "God"- in doing good deeds and actions , asking ALLAH to forgiveness and repentence ; and Allah is very near to us and could feel our pray for his forgiveness , with out help from others even his prophets !

"What is your religion..etc..?"
all of my questions and answers are copyrighted. No copies without prior written permission from superbooks1@yahoo.com
superbooks.org ANSWERS:
At the moment, I do not belong to any "organized" religion.
What I "believe" is this: I believe in Jesus Christ & that He is the Son of God (and God), and that He died for my sins both past, present and future.
I believe that God made the oceans and sky, and earth and everything in it and around it. The most beautiful things and the most awesome things in this world were created and continue to be created by God -for us, for our pleasure, happiness and enjoyment, and education.
I believe that God loves me in a way that no human being could ever love or care for me and that He puts others on this planet to guide, help and be friends with me , for companionship, etnertainment and education.
I believe that all religion was made by man but sprirituality is what God seeks for us. The difference between spirituality and religion is that spirituality is governed by God and His spirit and religion is governed by man and his inadequacies and imperfections.
We know that God made EVERYTHING on this earth, but this doesn't mean that God is responsible for the horrid, bad, disgusting things on earth. Those things are and were brought about by 'man' , and by man's wrong actions, thoughts, beliefs and desires.
For example, the muggings and rapings and the children that are being hurt --although these things are "on earth" , they are brought her by man not by God. It's a 'man's " choice to hurt someone, and it's a man's choice to rape or murder someone. So, when we see or experience these crimes, we should put the responsibility on man, not on God.
So many people, when hit by tragedy and hurt by crime , turn away from God, as if it is His fault, and it's not His fault. ( This is what I believe)
God gives man the freedom of choice, and in that freeom of choice, there is room to choose murder and all the horrible things that SOME men choose.
God, of course wishes and hopes that we make all good choices in our lives, but He does not take the control of our choices away from us .
Just like you as a parent will not put your children in prison by taking away all their choices, just like you as a parent, give your children so many choices of what they will do, thus God gives us choice also.
Some of our children's choices will turn out bad for them, and as in the same way, some of "man's" choices will turn out bad for them and bad for their neighbors and the people they meet. But, still God loves us enough to know that we are growing and to know that we should be able to make our own choices.
This is why there is bad and evil in the world --due to our own freedom of choice.
So, when things go wrong, when tragedy hits, when someone dies or gets sick or has a serious injury, don't "blame' God because it's not God's fault at all.
This is what I believe. I believe that rather than turning away from God in a crisis, this is the time to turn closer to God, asking Him for guidance and help and love.
People look at the world and they see bad things (like mass murderers, and people who hurt children, and people who are terrorists) and they immediatly blame God, saying that it's God's fault.
What we all need to remember is that all the bad and the evil in this world was brought here and is continuing to be brought here by "man" , not by God.
That's what I believe.
I believe that if a person pretends to be religious but in his heart, spirit and body is evil, hurting or devious, then that person, even though they are pretending to be religious --will be punished by God, because God sees all things and knows all things. Thus, the murderers, even the ones not "caught' by society will get their day of judgment and their day of punishment in the next world.
I believe that each baby is a beautiful and wonderfful miracle to be cherished, no matter what our situation. That means babies born out of wedlock, babies born in marriage and babies born even in countries where they have no room for any more babies , -all these babies are beautiful miracles from God.
And, we need to cherish them all, and do our best to treat them beautifully for they are heirs to our world and they make tomorrow's world for us.
I believe that wearing a costume or certain kind of clothing (i.e. priest's clothing or nun's clothing) doesn't make one closer to God, nor does it give them special privileges in the eyes of God. I believe that all people are 'equal' in the eyes of God because He made them all and He cherishes them all equally no matter what their uniform or costume or religious outfit.
I believe that if you look deep enough into the sky or the ocean you'll undoubtedly see God's awesome genius, creativity, and love for us.
Just think, he put this ocean and this sky here just for us so that we can enjoy the beauty of it every day, no matter where we live.
Anyone can look up and see the sky and it's beauty. Imagine the Being that created that sky?
When I see the sky I realize how powerful and how loving my God is.
And when I look at human beings and their lives, I see how loving and how forgiving and how awesome God is.
Everything beautiful and wonderful before me and in my world was made and continues to be made by God. I have no doubt about that.
I believe that God is here for me and ready to guide me, hold me and care for me and all I need to do to see this in my life is to remember Him, to ask Him to be my guide.
Even though I've seen my share of hard times, I've no doubt that God has always, and I do mean always stood by my side and protected me with all His might.
Some people ask, "well, if your God protects you, why did you have some hard times" . My answer is this: Does your parent protect you when you are a child, a teen and growing up? Yes. But, are you still able to have misfortune, and hardships growing up? YES, all human beings can suffer -there are no exceptions to this rule. But, the key is to remember that the hardship and the suffering has not come from God -but from man's bad and evil choices in his life.
A man chooses to take a gun and rob a bank and he chooses to kill a bank teller. The family of the victim blames God , saying "where were you and why didn't you save him?"
The answer is that God was right there. And God held the victim in his arms as he was dying and God took him to Heaven with him. That's where God was. Just because we don't see God in tragedy, and just because we don't "hear" God, and just because we don't like the outcome of tragedy, this does not mean that God isn't present in our lives. It just means that we, as humans have no way of comprehending the mysteries of life, and we have no way of protecting our children from "EVERYTHING" because we give them up to free will and we give them up to growth and we let go of them as they mature.
So, our children make their own choices as everyone else's children makes their own choices.
And, it's the result of our children choosing bad or good or wonderful or evil that makes the world as we know it.
Someone has a tragedy, a murder because someone else's child CHOSE to use a gun to murder someone. But, remember that the victim has God at that moment in his/her life, and remember that this child of God was held, loved and cared for by God in his moment of departure from this world.
God is with you, whether you like it or not, and He will always be with you, through your bad and through your good and through your indifference , He will , no doubt, always be right by your side.
This is what I believe.
I believe in the Holy Bible (the King James Version of the Holy Bible).
Yes, I read other Bibles (such as the Living International , and the NIV, and other versions like that). These Bibles have their place in our world. But when I want to "check' something out in the Bible, when I want the ultimate, word for word truth, I go to the King James Bible to "check" it.
I do own and keep other versions even though I keep my King James for "checking and verifying" facts or words. The reason? These books are good for the purpose of reading when I'm tired. Reading the KJV, at times, could be a little difficult. So, that's when I pick up a different version of the Bible to read.
I've already got the real story from reading the KJV; I already know the things that have happened in history , according to the Bible, so after knowing the story and after knowing the "truth" by having read the KJV, I do find comfort in reading other versions from time to time.
No, I don't mean that I pick the Bible up and read page by page (though I've done that before).
I mean I might just turn to a page randomly and read a page or two or even at times just a line or two, and that's all I need to inspire me or to remind me WHO is all-powerful and all-loving and all-giving in my life.
That's what I believe.
I believe that you can take everything, and I do mean EVERYTHING away from me, and I can still live a glorious life as long as I have the Bible in my life.
Everything is reparable , and everything can change in a person's life. As long as a person has a belief in the Bible, that person has the world.
That's what I believe.
My most valuable possession is my Holy Bible. I know it and I'm aware of it.
And, it's not the physical book, but it's the Bible that's in my heart, the one that I remember from reading it, that's my most valuable possession. That's what I believe.
I also believe that some in this world are terrified of people who believe so strongly in the Bible.
But, even so, I'm honored and proud to be able to put these words on the net where everyone can see them, because it is my belief.
Some people run from people who believe in the Bible. And, others make fun of them, and still others think they are "daft" but, I remain solid in my belief , always, no matter what the reaction of others who know me or don't know me.
That is what I believe.
I believe that there are mysteries in this world that we do not and never will understand.
I believe that if we want God in our lives, all we have to do is ASK, and God is here for us.
I believe that the Pope is an ordinary man, no different than you or me.
I believe that God has created us equal , totally equally, so that you and I have the same ability to speak with God as the Pope does.
That's what I believe.
I believe In God, in the Holy Bible, and I know that this belief will last a lifetime, as it already has lasted a lifetime.
That's what I believe.
I believe in Jesus Christ.
And, here's the scary part, I believe in the book of Revelations.
Everything in the Bible is the BIBLE, even the books that people find most un-understandable and even the books that most people are so very frightened of .
So, yes, when I say I believe in the Bible, I'm also saying that I believe in the book of Revelations.
So there you go, now you know everything that I believe.
What's your belief?
