A. Jesus, Mary and Joseph? or

B. Allah, Mary and Jesus? or

C. Allah, Jesus, and Allah's Holy Spirit?

Please say why you chose the answer you chose, if you can from the Bible, that would be great.

What I am hoping to find are answers not 'why Christians should or should not believe in the Trinity', but rather, I want to see Muslim perceptions or ideas of 'why Christians believe in the Trinity'.

I admit that in an ideal world, someone will come up with verses from the Bible to understand why Christians believe in the Trinity - much as a Christian might come up with verses from the Qur'an to understand why Muslims do not believe in the Trinity. And neither of them necessarily has to change their beliefs as a result of this procedure.

So you know, I definitely do not believe that the Bible uses the word 'Trinity' anywhere. It doesn't.

I am also aware of the argument that the equation 1+1+1=1 is absurd. There are two cases, however, where the equation x+x+x=x is absolutely true. I shall leave it to the reader to figure out which ones.
