Are you doning okay without meds..?

Has anyone not taken their meds for Bipolar (cyclothymia) disorder?

I have limited choices in the meds I can take, due to other medical conditions. So I took some for a while, got heavily depressed, hallusinated and then stopped taking them.

Are there good ways of copeing without meds..?

How is life living with what you have..?

I don't take any meds. Have you considered holistic alternatives?

Bipolar recover will only happen when you finally can quit the medication. Otherwise give up You need a place to live so be happy.
