first the grammar is incorrect. nevertheless my recommendation is to dump the boyfriend if the kiss was more than just a friendly peck on the cheek.
as for your sister, she is your sister and will be for life, so don't let the guy get in the way of the to of you. if you know what i mean.
you should thank your sister for finding out he is a cheater if in fact that is what his intentions were to cheat or if the kiss was indeed more than just friends. (you know a friendly kiss a little like when your dad hugs and kisses you)

hmm need more details than that sorry but i will give it a shot how bout this one talk to your sister find out if she likes him (if she isnt too young or old ??) if she does dump him for your sister cause he isnt worth the trouble if she doesnt then you and your sister can play mind games with him to teach him a leason or something like that ..
