you had a brain-fart or fade, dont worry about it, its normal and HAPPENS to everyone, just stay away from drugs and it wont get really bad, really soon, cause I'm proof possitive that drugs give you brain damage and I do THAT all day long, I just except it and pause myself to let my brain catch up to my movements, it helps!

Could be "forgetfulness" OR a stroke. Does this happen frequently? Has your vocabulary diminished lately?
If it is a regular occurrence, you might want to "get a check up". Good luck!

It usually happens when you are thinking about something else that's on your mind which causes you to forget things or do things wrongly. Don't worry but if it happens quite often seek medical advice.

I've put cheese in the breadbox, and the milk in the cupboard before. It's an occasional brain-fart. It happens to the best of us:)
