If you have a genuine memory problem, meaning you aren't running yourself down and overloading your brain.

Take some Brahmi and Ginkgo, they are natural herbs that are very good for memory and thinking. They help your blood cells carry more oxygen to the brain, making it work more efficiently.

And don't stress to much either. Make breaks, relax your mind, meditate.

Just remember!,(ha ha ha) that the brain must and can be trained, because the brain is a muscle and you can develop it just as a body builder in the gym.
Obviously some steps are to start by writing things down, leaving yourself reminders.
People dont agree with this next one but practice self talk when you are alone because there is a type of power when you do this and you will see the positive results.

Make lists, get more rest, eat foods that energize, not too many starches. Ginkgo Biloba is supposed to help with memory problems. The more you worry about it, the worse it will be. Maybe you need a break or a small vacation. Studying will really drain your brain and you are probably concentrating too hard on remembering school work and forgetting other things.
