the hezbollah, israeli attacks. can you please explain to me what's happening there.

o Israel has about 10,000 Lebanese prisoners in its jails(not sure about the number, but it is in thousands)
o Hezbollah kidnapped 2 israeli soldiers and demanded that the prisoners be released in exchange of the soldiers.
o Israel attacked Lebanon...this is normal, since Israel always over-reacts.
o Israel decides to target locations such as powerstations, hospitals, residential areas, etc in case there are Hezbollah militants there.

Israel and Lebanon are neighbours.
Hezbollah is a paramilitary radical Shia force set up to fight Israel ten years ago and is run and funded by Iran and Syria. Iranian special forces officers occupy senior posts.
Hezbollah is based in Lebanon and has a small representation in the Lebanese government, BUT is not the army of Lebanon.
Hezbollah have been having fun for a couple of years now by firing missiles from Lebanon over the border into Israeli villages and killing people. They had some extra fun a few weeks ago by popping across the border and kidnapping two Israeli soldiers (who they have probably castrated and killed by now).
Israel got fed up and has started to mallet them. Because the Israelis are the strongest military power in the region liberals now don't think that it is fair that they should fight back.
The Israeli aim is to clear a 50 mile strip of Lebanon along their border, which they will then hand over to the United Nations to put a border protection force into so that Hezbollah cannot fire any more missiles at them.
Hezbollah are fighting back by firing their weapons from civilian areas and then when the Israelis retailate civilians are killed and the Hezbolls get a propaganda victory.
The Lebanese army is not involved.
People criticise Israel but if you went into your local bar every night for a year and punched the biggest guy in the face every time, would it really be his fault if eventually he got fed up and knocked your teeth out?

for two soldiers Israel kills 900 and injures 3000, third of them are children and is still murdering
destroying bridges, buildings, preventing help from reaching to destroyed parts
all of that for two soldiers, remind you that Israel didn't give a chance to negotiate, as if it was waiting for something to happen to attack. Hezbollah returns Israel's actions by firing rockets at Israel
and because Israel can't reach Hezbollah's soldiers it kills civilians to make the Lebanese turn against Hezbollah
I am Arabic but I'm giving you the exact events happening, unlike the western media which lies to its citizens and Israel which keeps lying to its citizens about destroying half Hezbollah's ability

iran-backed terrorists are bombing israel from neighboring lebanon. the israelis are not putting up wtih it and are knocking them out. unfortunately the terrorists are placing themselves in mosques, churches, hospitals, and un posts, resulting in a lot of civilian casualities.
