You have to tell yourself this, and accept it. You are given certain abilities to do things by God. If you have utilized these abilities, then you have done the very best that can be expected of you.I assume that you have already studied for these exams as hard as you can. The grade outcome will be whatever they are. You have no control over them.

I used to get really nervous about exams - for days before and on the morning of the exam I often used to literally throw up through nervousness.
The secret is this:-
USE the adrenaline that's pumping through your body... it's like riding a gigantic roller-coaster... it gets you on a "high". In the days before this will enable you to learn your stuff... if you're not gonna sleep then learn! Your brain works better with a shot of adrenaline and more stuff that you read will "stick" in your memory. (don't cheat and use caffeine tablets or strong coffee to stay awake... if you need sleep then sleep - there's always a pay-back with caffeine... like falling asleep in the exam when your system can't take anymore!)
In the exam - keep cool... literally... your nervousness is gonna make you feel hot, sweaty and uncomfortable. Obviously don't catch a chill or anything but dress to be cool - you will feel more relaxed and less under pressure.
Use the adrenaline in the exam to your advantage - ride the roller-coaster, picture yourself in the calm eye of a storm and use your speeded-up reactions and clear thinking to put all your knowledge onto the paper.
And one final thing... no-one ever expects you to do more than your best. If you can walk out of the exam and honestly say that you did your best (learning beforehand and during the actual exam) then you have nothing to be embarassed or nervous about.
It takes a little practice but it works - I have sat stacks of exams using this technique... all the way up to a Science Degree at a top UK University.
Good Luck!

Scientifically we are suppose to eat red meat like steak or beef. It is suppose to produce a mechanism for the brain. Technically, I hate tests. I get Nervous and tremble and 65% of the time I screw them up. I am past 30 years of age and still have a problem with tests. I have done everything praying comes first then other methods. No luck . Tests are really senseless the key is not focused on your abilities or knowledge, its geared towards your concentration. The government and state regulations need to stop lying. I know individuals that where C students and are a major importance to society. Medical Physicians, Lawyers, and the PRESIDENT.

Stay cool & dont think about anything except that you came here to finish your exam paper and you must have to it in time no matter what. In this time remove every tention from your head and only think about that how could u represent your ans to your teacher very well. It dosen't matter how many marks do you get in your exam paper or how good your friends are given exam neither how your parents filling about your result. Its all about u and how could you can express your fillings and knowledge about your subjective exam paper.

Breathe deeply and slowly for a few moments as you look at the paper. Chew gum too, if that helps. Try to pretend that it's just a practice paper. However, nothing works better than being well prepared and knowing that you're ready to do your best - you can't do better than that!

first, make sure you have studied for them. if you haven't, you should be nervous. if you have studied, do a run through the night before the exam. when you are about to take it, remind yourself that you studied, and you are just going to go for broke. i used to tell myself that if i didn't know it by now, i never would. i don't know why that worked, but it did, with every test i took. i guess you just have to trust yourself, and stop worrying. worry is what makes you nervous. if you've prepared, you will be ok.
