I wear contacts and have the same problem just about every night i get little goobs in my eyes, I accually have fun with them, I sit in front of a lit-up magnifying mirror and take a bottle of saline solution and some blunt nose tweezers along with a damp paper towel and squirt my eye all around the inside, then press them w/ paper towel from outside in (pushing the dirt to the front) then dab w/ towel or pluck, scrape or drag the dirt and goo out, I get lots of sand, dirt clods and lint balls out of my eyes and it feels so much better after they are cleared of these little obsticals, lik new Eye-balls!
Now I realize this may not help but I TOO have allergies and I also do alot of yard work, cleaning and have a woodshop that is very dusty. This will cause my eyes to do this, as it does after a long day of dealing with these things, my eyes are protecting them selves by creating goop out of the debry in them, I have found that during the day if I just slash my face w/ water and or saline in eyes at regular times it keeps them clean threw the night. you msy live also in a area where there maybe air polution, and that can cause this too.
I suggest you try cleaning your face and eyes regularly and b4 bed and you may get less of this if not make it disapeer and the other added perk is that your skin will stay clear longer because you dont have the build up of dirt to clog pores.
sorry so long a answer but I hope it helps and good luck, also try to turn negative into possative when ever possible.
it ,makes life easier on you!

This has nothing to do with your eyesight or wearing glasses. Your eye(s) are "runny" at night, which is why the doctor guessed it might be an allergy. If you have a pillow that has feathers, or foam rubber, try switching it. Another possibility is you are going to sleep with make-up on, or the softener on your sheets is bothering you. If you also get sniffles, one of these might be the case. The doctor should have given you eyedrops; ask for some if the problem is continuing.

Of course your cousin would say to not bother your eye. It's the right obvious thing to do.

Everyone has this, but probably not as often as you do. Maybe it is just the way that you sleep (having an eye half-open while sleeping can cause the crust). But maybe it is an allergy, too, because that can cause constant or regularly-base dry eyes. And you might need to go to a better doctor to confirm anything.

I have the same problem, but not as bad as you. I notice when I rub my eyes it gets worse. My eyes itch and then I rub them. I make sure I wash my eyes out thoroughly each morning and sometimes I use those eye drops made for allergies. You might try wetting a washcloth with fairly warm water and placing it over your eyes. Sometimes that helps the crust go away. Sometimes mine is so bad my eyes stick together. I am fairly sure this is cause by allergies. My doctor also told me I could have dry eyes. That might be another cause.

it seems like you may have an historical male and a tender feminine, historical sufficient to be her best grandpa. You perhaps going for walks into the fishy identical of the identical issues any such pairing would have in a species extra acquainted to us, even our possess. Sweetie, you may have made a huge mistake some thing i did a couple of years in the past, NEVER positioned a feminine and a male betta in in combination until you know the way to reproduce them and are in a position to reproduce them and founded at the data. you gave us i could say your now not and your male is commonly depressed on the grounds that now that the feminine is there and there are eggs the male feels his territory taken and he would possibly not assault the feminine on the grounds that she's going to such a lot commonly kill him instant, it is both the male dies otherwise you transfer him to a further tank and feed him a few well meals, and on your betta your might even...when you've got a huge tank round 30gal...positioned a diffrent breed of fish that appears diffrent out of your betta and isn't competitive, and for the opposite fish's sake to not glossy, incidentally do not positioned your male or feminine in a neighborhood tank, they each will commonly get too aggresive, above all the male on the grounds that his prior situation was once taken Source(s): not anything, I have 10 betta's all in distinct tanks...i study them You can not maintain male and ladies in combination. Even if looking to breed them, you situation each and every till they're precisely in a position to spawn after which positioned them in combination for an excessively brief interval of time till they spawn, then put off the feminine once more. Even so, each emerge as fairly beat up within the approach. Separate the feminine without delay when you desire them to reside. Then you would ought to deal with for fin rot in case your male has fin rot. It perhaps that the feminine beat him up in a single day too. Sometimes the ladies are a little better with smaller fins and are equipped to rather beat the crap out of the male. Sometimes it is the feminine who will get harm. Your betta has fin rot. Add aquarium salt and do widespread water alterations. Get that feminine out of there!! You must certainly not positioned a female and male betta in combination until they have been accurately conditioned to spawn.

Yes, many people have it to a certain degree. This is where the fable of the sand man comes from. Little children are told to observe strict bedtimes or the sand man would throw sand in there eyes. I was also told it was an allergy. My dog and cat share is with us as well,

Dr. prescribed eye drops have helped me.

Problably a little allergy. Get some eye drops for when you go to bed. That might help, and wash your eyes (face) in the morning.

Yeah, I had the same problem and it was allergies too. It will come and go depending of what you are allergic to and the season.
If it's really bothering you, try taking allergy pills like Alavert or something like that. They might help.
