-but when u both talk face to face, his eys are fixed onto ur eyes.
-he tries to stand or walk very close next to you by ur side.
-he says hi or even talks to anyone out there, including ur good friends, except for you...

He obviously likes you, which is why he's not sure how to act around you. Mebbe you should meet him halfway and give him some indication that you like him too (you DO like him, don't you), so that he'll have a bit more confidence the next time he talks to you.
