It depends on the question and the circumstances. Thanksgiving dinner is a poor time to ask questions concerning tapeworms. On the other hand, if you don't ask, you won't get an answer. You must use your brain to make judgements.

Whenever you have 1 & you've made it simple/clear to all not
just yourself. Not Q's without purpose/meaning. Ask Q's that
will enlighten us.
If you were referring to time, I answer Q's in wee hours & ask
when I know the masses are up & probably on computers.
